Firm testing laboratory

is organized in accordance with the EN 45001 Standard. The Testing laboratory is the important part of the Quality Assurance System, which ensure the highest quality of all components, which the Firm manufacture.

The Testing laboratory is authorized by Czech Testing Institute EZU Prague to provide and  perform the tests of passive electronic components.
Technical equipments and measuring devices are orderly metrological taken up. 

Testing laboratory execute the tests:

• in accordance to the IEC 60384-1 and other consequential international Standards for testing of capacitors with plastic film dielectric
• capacitors in accordance to the IEC 60071-1 and other consequential international Standards
• motor-capacitors in accordance to IEC 60252 
• radio interference suppression capacitors class X2, Y2 – IEC 60384-14 and  EN 132400
• radio interference suppression filters – IEC 60939-1, IEC 60932-2 and IEC 60940
• trimming resistors and potentiometers in accordance to the Standards IEC 60393-1, IEC 60393-2 and consequential international Standards

The part of this tests are measurement of:

• capacity C in the range 1pF – 1000uF at the measuring frequency 100Hz – 100kHz
• dissipation factor tgD  from 0,00001  
• insulation resistance up to 1,99.10¹²Ohm at the measuring voltage 1V¸ 999VDC
• measuring of resistance 1mOhm - 10MOhm
• measuring of current 1pA - 100A
• measuring of voltage 1uV¸30kVDC and 1uV¸10kVAC

and testing of

• dielectric strength and insulation up to 20 kVDC and up to 6kV/50Hz
• endurance tests of electronic components at the temperature up to +200°C
  and test voltage up to 20kVDC and up to 6kV/50Hz

mechanical tests in accordance to IEC 60068-2-

• tests of robustness of terminations of electronic components, IEC 60068-2-21
• tests of solderability and resistance to soldering heat, IEC 60068-2-20

Climatic tests in accordance to IEC 60068-2-

• test of Cold, IEC 60068-2-1 at the temperature up to -55°C, test Aa
• test of Dry heat, IEC 60068-2-2 at the temperature up to +200°C, test Ba
• test of Damp heat, steady state, IEC 60068-2-3, test Ca
• test of Damp heat, cyclic, IEC 60068-2-30, test Db
• test of Rapid change of temperature, IEC 60068-2-14, test Na in the range -55°C ¸ +200°C

the tests of passive and active flammability of electronic components

• passive flammability according to EN 60695-2-2, needle flame test
• active flammability, self ignition according to IEC 384-14, § 4.18

measurements of high frequency parameters of electronic components

• tests of attenuation and phase at the frequencies up to1000MHz
• measurements of impedance and phase angle up to 110MHz
• measurements of resonance frequency
• measurements of Q-factor of electronic components up to 30MHz
